Privacy notice · Effective August 1, 2026
Privacy, stated plainly.
This notice describes the website privacy practices of Axiom Point Research. It applies to information collected through axiompointresearch.com, including the contact form. It does not govern information covered by a separate agreement or diligence process.
Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to operate the site and respond to inquiries:
- Your name, email address, organization, and message when you choose to contact us.
- Ordinary technical and security data processed by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser or device type, request time, requested page, and error or abuse signals.
- Correspondence and relationship records created when we reply to you.
How and why we use it
We use inquiry information to assess and respond to your request, arrange a conversation, maintain appropriate relationship records, protect the site from abuse, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims. We do not use the contact form to enroll you in a marketing list.
Cookies, browser storage, and tracking
We do not use advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, cross-site tracking, or advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may process ordinary request and security logs to deliver and protect the site. No third party is permitted by us to collect your activity on this site over time and across unrelated websites for targeted advertising.
Because the site does not engage in that cross-site tracking, a browser “Do Not Track” signal does not change site behavior. Where a legally recognized universal opt-out signal, such as Global Privacy Control, applies, we treat it as an opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; we do not conduct any of those activities.
Service providers and other disclosures
Cloudflare hosts, delivers, and secures the site. Our configured email-delivery and mailbox providers process contact submissions so they reach us. These providers may use the data only to provide their services to us and under their own contractual and legal duties. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a genuine business reorganization with appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
We keep inquiry and correspondence records only while reasonably needed for the conversation, a potential or actual business relationship, security, tax, accounting, regulatory, or legal purposes. The exact period depends on the nature of the inquiry. We delete or de-identify records when they are no longer reasonably needed, subject to backup cycles and legal retention duties.
Your choices and requests
You may ask whether we hold your inquiry information and request access, correction, or deletion. You may also ask us to stop contacting you or object to a use. Email contact@axiompointresearch.com. We may need to verify that a request relates to you, and a legally authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. If applicable law gives you a right to appeal a decision, reply to our response with “privacy appeal.” We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.
Children and minors
This site is intended for adults acting in a professional or investment capacity and is not directed to children or minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If we learn that a minor submitted information, we will use it only as legally permitted to address the communication and will delete it as appropriate. A parent or guardian may contact us at the address above.
Security and sensitive information
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the limited data we collect, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit passwords, account credentials, government identifiers, payment-card data, health information, export-controlled data, trading instructions, or other regulated or highly sensitive material through the form. Contact us first to arrange an appropriate channel.
United States operation
The site is operated in the United States and is aimed at a United States professional audience. Information may be processed in the United States. If a separate engagement involves another jurisdiction, its privacy terms will be addressed for that engagement.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice when our site, providers, or practices change. We will post the revised notice here, change the effective date, and provide additional notice when legally required. Questions and accessibility requests can be sent to contact@axiompointresearch.com. You can also review our website disclosures.
